On April 9, 2013 I went to South San Francisco
Clinic and I did two hours from 2:10-4:10 pm. I had to call every patient and
schedule them an appointment for Friday. There were two appointments one was the
English and the other one was the Spanish appointment. I learned how to talk
polite and how to introduce myself and where I was calling from, and I also
learned how to leave voicemails. This also helped me to be patience. It was
difficult at the beginning because I was shy and I would stutter. But throughout
the two hours I got confidence and it was getting easier for me. I also went on
April 12, 2013 for another two hours from 2:10-4:10 pm. It was the appointment
to show the rest of the patients how to use the Blood
Glucose Monitoring System. This has helped me a lot to not be as shy as how I was
at the beginning.
Total Hours: 21
