Highlights of My Senior Year!

I have several highlights of my senior year. One important and exciting highlight is Senior Ball. It’s important and exciting because I’m going to be with my friends and have fun and I’m also going to choose the right person to take as my date. Another one is I’m going to play in soccer for my fourth year in varsity. The last important highlight is the day of my graduation. That’s going to be a special night because I’m going to graduate and it's going to be a new beginning of my life going into college.

College Acceptance

To go into college, you need to meet several requirements. Throughout your high school years you have to take specific classes and get good grades to be able to get accepted into college. College is very important because it’s the beginning of your career. I think colleges have the right to deny you even though they have already accepted, when you have bad grades on your senior year because you have to try your best all four years, other students try their best to go into college but can’t because that person could take away their spot.
Just because you’re a senior doesn’t mean you don’t have to try your best and let your grades go down. Colleges require good grades all four years; seniors have to work harder on their senior year so they won’t get denied from having bad grades, because they could take someone else’s spot.
Theirs other students that try their best all four years and pass their classes but when they apply to colleges they don’t get accepted because theirs no more spots, and some spots could have been taken by a senior that didn’t do good on their senior year and that’s not fair. Colleges should accept students that have been doing well all four years and specially their senior year. Colleges have the right to deny students that have been already accepted if they drop their grades on their senior year.
