Life in the Canterbury Tales

There’s different life’s in the Canterbury Tales. You can be rich or poor. For example a knight, a king, the queen, priest (monk), etc. Several people have different aspects about every character. If I would lived in the middle ages I would have liked to be the Queen.
Being a Queen seems like a good life. I would live in Spain in the castle with my husband and my kids. I would have two boys and two girls; we would hang out everyday together and do things together. The plans I have for the future are to get my children to have a good education and to be good people. The only job I would have is to take care of my kids. I wouldn’t need to work because were rich. But just because were rich that doesn’t mean we could get everything I want, we still have to save up money for emergencies. I don’t think we would face challenges because we would have people working for us and they could solve them for us. The things I would value more are my family, religion, and culture. I would want my children to grow up in a religious family and to not forget their culture and where they come from. The world around us is very good, because a lot of people like us and we help the people that need help. We are not selfish.
The queen may be helpful to others in the country. To people in the towns that are poor and that need help. She’s not selfish, she’s really respectful and she’s has manners. All the people like her because she’s really nice. That would be my life in the Canterbury Tales.
